1 – 1 training is a personalized and dedicated time to work on closing skills-gap or working intensively to develop a specific skill set. This private basketball coaching lesson will focus on ball handling, shootig form, accuracy, footwork, balance, post or perimeter scoring moves, and defensive principles.
In our advanced Group sessions, players will begin to learn college and pro level moves, footwork, and techniques to attack the basket to dominate their defenders. Players will perform drills and techniques will be added every session to focus on speed, agility, vertical jump, lateral movement, core and strength training.
60-minute basketball team training consists of drills that are specifically designed for your group of players. Working cohesively with the teams' coaches, Raymond Felton will customize a regimen to improve players' stamina, strength, agility, and overall physical fitness, equipping them to handle competitive play. & build strategic game plans.
